Then, step your left foot towards your right foot. Repeat for 10 to 15 steps in one direction and then switch directions.

  4. Wall squat: Stand with your back against a wall and your feet hip-width apart. Slowly slide down the wall until your knees are at a 90-degree angle. Hold for a few seconds and then slide back up. Repeat for 10 to 15 repetitions.

  5. Step-ups: Stand in front of a step or bench with your feet hip-width apart. Step up onto the bench with your right foot and then bring your left foot up to meet it. Step back down with your right foot and then your left foot. Repeat for 10 to 15 repetitions on each leg.
